Jim Caylor, CEO Sports and Event Management
Jim moves quickly, thinks fast, and gets things done. He's a supreme organizer of major events... the more complicated, the better. Elaborate flow charts, graphs, and detailed lists of tasks are typical of Jim. It's easy to miss what a closer look will reveal: his deep passion for service to the community and helping physically and financially disadvantaged children.
This passion is manifested through years of service to the East/West Shrine Football Classic, which, directly through his efforts, has raised millions of dollars for crippled children; also, by years of working as a national class roller skating coach; and through his dedication to community projects like the Klamath Sports Complex that make athletic activities available to all young people. Jim has been quick to offer a helping hand in other ways: serving on the Klamath County Budget Committee, which is no small commitment demanding hours and months of volunteer work each year.
It is looking at the seventeen years he and his wife, Virginia, have dedicated to Skateland that shows what extra special gifts the two of them have brought to the community. It is primarily the quality of training they've made available - national and world class instructors teaching right here in Klamath Falls!!! For parents who want there children to have the opportunity to be the best they can be, they don't have to move to an urban area to get the best , they can get it here!
